Since 1990 Randy Lakin has been involved in the development and construction of Hotels in the mid-western and western United States. Hotels present a unique challenge in terms of construction and development. A clear understanding of building codes, health codes and life safety issues is a must and Randy has mastered them in his varied experience with different building sites, franchises, types of construction and geographic locations. Franchise requirements are also an important component that must always be considered in today’s hotel construction and Bruin Enterprises, Inc. brings superior product knowledge, workability and seamless communication to our projects. We are well versed in the unique architectural, structural and civil engineering requirements for the Hotel industry. Randy is also a licensed Master Plumber and brings a unique capability to coordinate the mechanical and Electrical systems within the Hotel projects. Bruin Enterprises, Inc. can also bring Interior Design, and F.F.&E. purchasing to the table for conceptualization and construction, giving the customer a “full turn-key” project.
